Anita’s Gardens offers a full spectrum of support tailored to each resident’s needs. Our assisted living communities provide personalized care plans, help with daily tasks, medication support, mobility assistance, and complex health management such as insulin-dependent diabetes.
At our Brookfield campus, families can choose from clearly defined levels of care:
- Level 1: Assisted Care
- Level 2: Intermediate Care
- Level 3: Advanced Care
- Level 4: Advanced Memory Care Plus
- Level 5: Extended Memory Care
This structure helps families understand exactly what type of support their loved one will receive.
Do you offer memory care?
Yes — Anita’s Gardens provides specialized Memory Care at select campuses, including our brand-new Brookfield location. Residents living with dementia or other cognitive challenges receive:
- All benefits of assisted living
- Additional behavioral and memory-support programming
- A secure environment with delayed egress where appropriate
- Activities designed to stimulate function and engagement
Each memory care plan is personalized to preserve dignity, independence, and comfort.
How do you handle medical needs, medications and emergencies
Your loved one’s health and safety are always our priority. Each community provides:
- A highly trained 24-hour awake staff
- An RN Manager who coordinates care between the resident, family, and physician
- Medication management and administration
- Support for complex medical needs, including diabetes care
We work closely with families, visiting physicians, hospice providers, and therapists to ensure seamless, consistent care. Emergency protocols are in place at every location, with staff trained to respond quickly and appropriately.
