Role Summary

Leads a larger facility (30+ beds) with full oversight of operations, staff, and resident care. Serves as the primary point of accountability for families, staff, and compliance agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and long-term planning.

• Manage staff performance, hiring, and retention.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Serve as primary contact for families and community partners.

• Handle admissions, tours, and policy decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.

• Prior leadership experience in long-term care or assisted living.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of compliance and elder care standards.
