Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Serve as primary contact for families and community partners.

  • Handle admissions, tours, and policy decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.

  • Prior leadership experience in long-term care or assisted living.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of compliance and elder care standards.
