Our original location, opened in 2007. Overlooking downtown Port Washington, this converted church rectory will make you feel right at home. We are also right next door to Saint Mary's Church, with mass just around the corner.

Anita's Gardens of Brookfield

Our up and coming new location! On the border of Brookfield and Menomonee Falls, where Lisbon and Pilgrim meet. This new 62 bed facility will be split into two smaller facilities, one specializing in Memory Care and the other traditional Assisted Living. We will be opening this year in July! Now taking Reservations!

Our future vision! We are extremely pleased to be apart of the new Ansay development that has broken ground in Saukville. We expect to be open at the end of Spring 2025! This new approximately 44 bed facility will be state of the art, with cutting edge technology and design elements.
